Product Quality:
The drills and surgical saws manufactured by this company are thoroughly tested by the quality control department before being sent to customers and medical centers.

After-Sales Service:
Qamat Tarim Kala Company offers 10 years of after-sales service to support its products (surgical saws and drills).

Warranty Services:

• Any unauthorized tampering or repair outside the company on the devices and parts will void the warranty.
• The surgical drills and saws manufactured by this company come with a 12-month warranty.
• The battery includes a 6-month warranty.
• Devices and tools that require repair or replacement during the warranty period must be reported by the user to the company’s after-sales service department upon return to the factory and should be well-packaged before being sent.

Important Notes for Using Surgical Saws and Drills:

• Since the body of the device is completely insulated and does not transfer heat, it should not be used continuously. After continuous use (90 seconds), the device must remain off and unused for 30 seconds.
