Battery and Charger

How to Insert the Battery into the Handpiece:

  • Open the handpiece cover and place the battery connector ring on it.
  • Hold the battery with a dressing gauze, positioning the narrow end of the battery downwards, aligning the groove on the battery with the groove in the handpiece.
  • Drop the battery into the battery compartment, remove the transfer ring, and close the handpiece cover. The handpiece is now ready for use.

Note: Never drop the battery on the ground, and do not use it if it is wet.

Instructions for Using the Digital Charger:

  1. After connecting the charger to the power supply, wait 30 seconds for the current fluctuation to stabilize and for the Power LED to turn on.
  2. Once the display numbers stabilize and the power light is on, insert the battery into its place. If correctly positioned, the voltage reading will change, indicating the battery voltage.
  3. To start the charging process, press the start button to initiate charging. (During the charging process, the current and voltage readings on the display will change.)
  4. When the current indicator shows zero, the charging process will automatically stop, indicating that the battery is fully charged.
  • If the charger is not connected to the power supply and the battery is inserted, the digital display will show the battery voltage.
  • It is worth noting that a healthy battery in a fully charged state always has a voltage between 16.5 to 17.5 volts.
  • To maximize the device’s performance, the battery must be fully charged.
  • Please ensure the battery is fully charged before sending it to the operating room.

Important Notes for Using the Battery and Charger:

  • The charger and battery are not sterilizable, and avoid washing the battery with water. If cleaning is necessary, use only a cloth dampened with disinfectant.
  • A properly charged battery can be used for 10 to 12 minutes under full load conditions.
  • If the battery is not used for an extended period (approximately 5 days), it should be recharged.
  • The charger cable should not come into contact with oil, solvents, or other chemicals. If any wear or mechanical damage is observed, immediately send it to the company for repair or replacement in coordination with the after-sales service department.

Warning: Do not place the battery near fire or heat.
