Preparation:

Please note that this product is a professional medical instrument; therefore, the user must be someone who has the necessary technical experience or has participated in relevant training courses.

If any problem occurs, immediately stop using the device and refer to the preparation section to troubleshoot. If the issue is not resolved, contact the manufacturer or representative office and return the instrument to the factory for repair.

The blade must be properly installed on the machine; otherwise, a gap will form between the upper jaw of the blade holder and the body, indicating that the blade is not correctly positioned. In such a case, unlock the blade clamp and correctly place the blade in its proper position.

Note: If the saw blade becomes dull, replace it. Using a saw blade with dull teeth can damage the machine’s motor.

(Additionally, surgical saw blades are usually single-use.)

Blade Installation:

1-Unlock the blade clamp located on the machine’s head.
2-Mount the saw blade onto the machine as shown in the diagram.
3-Turn the head clamp counterclockwise. The blade will be securely locked in place.

Risk Classification:

  • The rechargeable surgical saw is classified as Class A (Low Risk).
  • It is important to note that the device should not be used in the presence of flammable gases (for example, during the leakage of flammable anesthetic gases in the operating room).

Troubleshooting for the Surgical Saw:

  • If the saw blade is not correctly positioned, carefully follow the blade installation steps.
  • If the saw or its accessories do not function properly, do not attempt to repair the tool yourself. First, consult the technical support department of Qamat Tarim Kala, and if the issue is not resolved, refer the device (if possible, with the battery) to the factory or a representative office.

Note: Using non-standard, worn, or old blades reduces the lifespan of the saw.
Never use dull or non-standard blades. It is recommended to use saw blades manufactured by this company.
